“SIP & SAVOR” AT SPAGO
Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group Launches Signature Food & Wine Event
Las Vegas, April 30 – Celebrated Chef Wolfgang Puck and his Las Vegas culinary team will host an extraordinary, one-night-only event of food, wine and spirits entitled “Sip & Savor” on Wednesday, May 29 at Spago inside The Forum Shops at Caesars, benefiting Keep Memory Alive.
This mix and mingle dine-around-style event will provide guests with an exclusive opportunity to sample the signature cuisine of each of Wolfgang’s six distinct Las Vegas restaurants paired with the finest wines, spirits and beverages.
“We were looking for a way to continue to celebrate our 20th anniversary of Spago while recognizing the talent at all of our restaurants here in Las Vegas, “said David Robins, managing partner, Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. “We wanted to create something fun for our guests while also giving back to our community. Hopefully this is an event our guests will enjoy as much as we will and something we can look to grow and hold on an annual basis.”
Guests will have a chance to meet and greet with Wolfgang Puck and the executive chefs at each of his restaurants plus winemakers and spirits professionals. The evening will feature the musical styling of Michael Shulman at the turntables.
Sip & Savor will begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are priced at $120 per person for advance purchase and $130 per person at the door, night of the event. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Keep Memory Alive and the Cleveland Clinic at the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
