Cartoon Cuts is a wonderful success story. Founders, Kathleen and Rick Perkal, saw a need for a hair salon that catered to children. Having two sons of their own at the time, a visit to a local salon proved challenging. Both boys were determined that they were not going to get a haircut that day. Kathleen convinced them that if they sat still they could be transformed into Batman and Superman. Well, that worked.
