If you've just discovered Naartjie Kids, here's a little bit about us.  We're a unique affordable children's fashion brand that started in South Africa and is now expanding in the U.S.  We are proud to dress kids ages newborn through 10 years all over the world in fun and functional clothing, accessories and footwear.  Naartjie Kids now has an online store plus 60 retail stores in the U.S. and South Africa with more openings planned in the future. "Naartjie" (pronounced nar chee) is an Afrikaans word for "a small sweet citrus fruit found in Africa."  The Naartjie Kids brand, like its name, has a flavor and style all its own...playful, vibrant, active, colorful, natural, constantly changing.  Always fresh, we introduce 11 new collections each year that are the ultimate mix & match concept with colors, prints and styles coordinating throughout seasonal groups.  Still designed in South Africa, most of our clothing is made from natural fabrics that are garment-dyed, pre-washed and pre-shrunk for easy care.  Naartjie Kids fashions are made almost entirely from 100% cotton which has been combed and ring-spun for softness and improved durability and our "garment dying" process results in exciting vibrant colors.  As our many loyal customers will tell you, these clothes are soft and cuddly just like the kids that wear them....and at surprisingly affordable prices.
